To take mathematics and statistics institute of a university in Guangdong province, this research explores education and teaching reform theories, which are supported by subject contests, training innovative intellectuals. At the same time, this research proposed that systematic construction of subject contests can make students from excellent to powerful, then get a led up in the increasingly fierce talent competition in modern society.
