摘要
当前广西边境民族地区教师队伍建设政策实施过程中,存在教师队伍结构不合理、教师单向流动明显以及教师专业发展较缓慢等问题,这些内生性及外源性困境是由当地的历史、文化、社会等诸因素以及教师自身因素所造成的。广西边境民族地区正视问题,一方面从外源着手,实施多项"计划"招聘新人加入教师队伍;另一方面强化内部力量建设,通过人事管理系统改革盘活现有教师资源,并探索与完善教师专业发展的新路径、新方法,多管齐下,成效初显。
In the process of the current policy on the construction of teachers' team in Guangxi border ethnic minority areas, there are some problems, such as unreasonable structure of teachers' team, obvious one-way flow of teachers and slow professional development of teachers. These endogenous and exogenous dilemmas are caused by local historical, cultural, social and other factors as well as teachers' own factors. In order to face up to the problems, Guangxi frontier ethnic minority areas, on the one hand, carry out a number of 11 plans" to recruit new teachers, on the other hand, strengthen internal strength building, through the reform of personnel management system to activate existing teachers resources, explore and improve the new path of teachers' professional development.
