民族院校研究生协同创新培养模式的构建与反思

Construction and Reflection on the Cultivation Mode on Collaborative Innovation for Postgraduate Education in University for Nationalities

研究生协同创新培养是以社会需求为导向,统筹协调并且整合利用政府、企业、高校、科研院所、用人单位等各类机构的资源,对研究生进行实践及创新能力的培养。民族院校的研究生教育在人才培养和民族地区发展等方面肩负着重任,构建和应用协同创新的人才培养模式显得尤为重要。通过对"政产学研用"五位一体的新体系以及当前国内各民族院校研究生协同创新培养模式的主要困难与问题的归纳和阐述,具体分析中南民族大学生物学硕士研究生的协同创新人才培养模式的改革实践,提炼和总结行之有效的改革举措。

The cultivation of cooperative innovation for graduate students is to cultivate the ability of practice and innovation for graduate students, which should be oriented the requirement of social development, coordinated and integrated various resources from the government, enterprises, universities, research institutes and employers. Postgraduate education in universities for nationalities bears an important responsibility in the training of talents and the development of ethnic regions. It is particularly important to construct and apply the talent training model of collaborative innovation. This paper elaborated and the summarized the significance and the main difficulties and problems of the collaborative innovation training mode for graduate students in universities for nationalities at present. Then, based on the reform and practice of personnel training model for collaborative innovation to the master of biology in South-Central University for Nationalities, the effective reform measures were refined and summarized.
