摘要
组态软件具有灵活操作监控和实时采集数据等特点,STC单片机信号稳定具有数据处理与电路设计开发,程序编译与处理终端通信等优点被广泛采用。本文以流水灯控制为案例,利用Matlab通信接口与数据采集处理运算功能,设计监控流水灯界面和下位机采集实时数据传输在上位机中监测。测试过程控制在组态软件和单片机设计中通信功能的强大与快速处理数据运算的能力。
Configuration software has the characteristics of flexible operation,monitoring and real-time data acquisition,STC microcontroller as signal stability, data processing and circuit design and development of concise,Program compiling and processing, terminal communication and other advantages are widely adopted.This article will take water lamp control as a case,combination of Matlab communication interface and data acquisition, processing and computing functions,design the monitoring water lamp interface based on the configuration software of the host computer,the lower computer collects the MCU and transmits the data in real-time,and monitors the operation in the host computer.It proves that the process control is powerful in communication function and fast processing of data operation in configuration software and single chip microcomputer design.
