摘要
为了实现对电源板性能的检测需求,提出了一种基于CPLD的电源板性能检测系统设计方案,并完成系统的软硬件设计。该系统的硬件部分主要用来控制输入电源时序和检测输出电压反馈是否正常的功能;软件部分采用VERILOG输出电压检测、或者出现报警暂停、并有最终测试通过与否的指示功能。实际应用表明,该系统具有低成本、自动检测、批量测试的特点,达到了设计要求。
In order to satisfy the require of power board,the design of testing power board system based on CPLD is designed in this paper,and the software and hardware is completed. The hardware part of the system is mainly used to control the voltage of input power,and check the feedback of output votage;The software part is programmed by VERILOG,and it can control the voltage of input power,and check the feedback of output votage,or give a pause when having a alarm,and give a result of the final test. The experiment and application show that this system with automatic test costs low,and batch test,achieve the design requirement.
