摘要
传感器是将非电物理量按照一定规律转换为电信号,便于后续电路传输、处理的器件或装置。大部分传感器依据物质的效应来工作。文章对各类典型物质效应在传感器中的应用进行了讨论,通过对不同的物质效应概念的解释以及在传感器中的具体应用举例,揭示了物质效应对传感器的突出贡献。
A sensor is a device or device that converts non-electrical physical quantity into electrical signals according to a certain law and facilitates subsequent circuit transmission and processing.Most sensors work according to the effects of matter.This paper discusses the application of various kinds of typical material effects in sensors,and reveals the outstanding contribution of material effects to sensors through the interpretation of different material effects concepts and specific application examples in sensors.
