该文结合现场的实际情况,设计船用柴油机组"一键启动"的自动控制装置。集控室触摸屏"一键启动"按钮的状态变量和柴油机及其辅机信号绑定,信号通过PROFIBUS-DP总线传输到机舱PLC控制单元。通过"一键启动"控制算法,当信号满足启动条件时,启动柴油机及其辅机,使柴油机组正常工作。

In combination with the actual situation on site,it is designed in this paper that the "one-button start" of automatic device for marine diesel engine set.Binding the "one-button start" state variable of the control room touch screen and the signal of the diesel engine and its auxiliary engine,the signal are transmitted to the PLC control unit of the engine room through the PROFIBUS-DP bus.Through the " one-button start " control algorithm,when the signal meets the starting condition,the diesel engine and auxiliary engine are started,so that the diesel unit can work normally.
