摘要
针对大型石化设备常用的插入式管座角焊缝的检测,该文提出了将柔性相控阵探头置于接管内壁进行超声检测的方法并开发出一套机械扫查装置。该装置可以控制探头实现360°周向扫查以及轴向平移功能,从而实现整个二维截面的C扫描成像。最后,通过检测试验成功地检测出角焊缝内的纵向裂纹缺陷,验证了该装置的实用性。
According to the testing methods of inserted fillet welds which usually used in the large petrochemical equipment.The flexible phased array probe placed on inner wall of the tube is put forward in this paper.To control the probe to complete the 360 degree circumferential scanning and axial moving,one ultrasonic mechanical scanning device is developed.This device can accomplish the whole two dimensional section C scan imaging.At last,verified the practicability of the device by successfully detected the longitudinal crack flaw in test experiment.
