摘要
通过对鞍钢股份有限公司鲅鱼圈钢铁分公司高炉布料溜槽弯曲、断裂和掉落事故进行分析,得出布料溜槽异常时会同时出现炉喉温度大幅上升,炉顶和下密阀箱温度明显下降,以及布料溜槽旋转电流在翻料过程中波动变小或无波动等三大特征,并提出相应处理措施。采取措施后,有效缩短了事故判定和处理时间,避免了至少1.6万t铁的产量损失,降低了溜槽事故对高炉生产的影响。
By analyzing the failures such as bending, breaking and falling down occurred in the BF distribution chute in Bayuquan Branch of Angang Steel Co., Ltd., it was concluded that three major phenomenas which included the rising of the temperature at the furnace throat, sharp dropping of temperatures at both furnace top and lower airproof valve casing and less fluctuation or no fluctuation of rotary electrical current from the distribution chute in stirring the materials would occur when the distribution chute was in abnormal condition. Then countermeasures for the phenomenas were proposed. After taking the countermeasures, the diagnosis and trouble-shooting time for those failures was shortened efficiently and the loss of at least 16 thousand tons of iron was avoided. And thus, the effect of the failure occurred in the distribution chute on BF production was declined.
