钢绞线SWRH72BH+Cr盘条拉拔断裂分析及工艺改进

摘要 为解决拉拔断丝质量缺陷,采用金相显微镜和电子显微镜对三种不同断口形貌的钢绞线用热轧盘条SWRH72BH+Cr进行观察与分析。针对不同原因导致的盘条母材拉拔断丝,从延长钢坯缓冷时间、改善铸坯凝固组织、优化轧制工艺等方面开展有针对性的工艺改进,并取得明显效果,拉拔断丝质量异议比例由0.5%降为0。 In order to solve the problem of quality defects of wire-fracturing during drawing the wire rods, three kinds of the SWRH72BH+Cr hot rolled wire rods with different fracturing morphologies were examined and analyzed by the metallographic microscope and electron microscope. In view of the different causes leading to fracture of the base wire rods during drawing, such measures as extending the slow cooling time of round billets, improving the solidification structures of casting blanks and optimizing the rolling process were taken for carrying out process improvements. Then the obvious results were achieved, the quality objection ratio of wire- breaking during drawing was reduced from 0.5% to 0%.
