摘要 本文以磁性碳纳米复合材料为研究基础,通过较为简易的化学工艺过程制备出稳定、高效的高氮掺杂、高饱和磁化强度的磁性镍钴合金/碳纳米管纳米复合材料(NiCo/BCNTs)。利用其作为催化剂,对4-硝基酚(4-NP)的催化加氢性能进行了详细研究,并初步研究了其催化反应机理。由于NiCo/BCNTs具有优良的顺磁性,利用外部磁场,NiCo/BCNTs可以方便快速地从液相催化还原体系中分离出来,为产物4氨基酚(4-AP)的提纯和催化剂的回收再利用提供了一种低成本的途径。催化循环实验显示,在循环使用10个周期后仍然保持94%的活性。 Based on magnetic carbon nanocomposites,a high nitrogen doping,high saturation magnetization,stable and high efficiency magnetic nickel-cobalt alloy/carbon nanotube(NiCo/BCNTs)nanocomposites were prepared by a relatively simple chemical process in this paper.The hydrogenation of 4-nitrophenol(4-NP)was studied in detail as a catalyst,and its catalytic reaction mechanism was preliminarily studied.In addition,due to the paramagnetic NiCo/BCNTs excellent,NiCo/BCNTs can quickly and easily separated from the liquid phase catalytic reduction system by applying an external magnetic field,and it provides a low-cost way for the purification of 4-aminophenol(4-AP)products and the recovery and reuse of catalysts.The catalytic cycle showed that 94%of the activity remained after 10 cycles.
