球笼式等速万向节保持架接触应力的仿真研究 被引量:1

摘要 保持架为球笼式等速万向节的重要部件,保持架接触应力的精确计算对保持架的设计制造至关重要。保持架接触应力很难通过理论计算得到,需要利用有限元仿真分析研究保持架的接触应力。鉴于此,主要研究了不同轴间角下保持架各窗孔与钢球的接触间隙对保持架接触应力的影响,结果表明,接触间隙越小,接触应力越大。 Cage is one of the key components of constant velocity joint. The precise calculation of the contact stress of the cage is critical to the design and manufacture of the cage. The contact stress of the cage is difficult to obtain by theoretical calculations. It is necessary to use finite element simulation analysis to study the contact stress of the cage. The contact gap of the finite element simulation model has a great influence on the contact stress of the cage. This paper mainly studies the influence of the contact gap between the cage and the ball on the contact stress of the cage under different angles. The results show that the smaller the contact gap, the greater the contact stress.
