摘要
拖拉机作业时,地面状况复杂,变速器齿轮传动系统承受载荷较大,提高变速器的可靠性、延长变速器无故障工作时间对农业生产有着重要意义。以某组合式动力换挡变速器手动变速模块为研究对象,通过Romax建立手动变速模块模型,对部分零部件进行仿真分析,研究了不同因素对变速器寿命的影响,对零部件设计参数及通用件和标准件选用合理性进行评价,并提出相应的优化方案。
When the tractor is working, the condition of the ground is complex, and the transmission system is subjected to a large load. Therefore, it is of great significance to improve the reliability of the transmission and to extend the failure time of the transmission to the agricultural production. In this paper, the manual transmission module of a combined power shift transmission is taken as the research object. The model of manual transmission module is set up by Romax software. The simulation analysis of some components is carried out. The influence of different factors on the transmission life is studied. The rationality of the selection of standard parts and common parts is evaluated, and the corresponding optimization scheme is put forward.
