摘要 针对某公司前期开发的一款MPV车型的操控稳定性进行了优化。通过在ADAMS/Car中建立该车型的竞品车前麦弗逊悬架总成和转向系统模型,以悬架各硬点为试验变量,K特性关键参数为试验响应,利用ADAMS/iSight模块进行DOE试验设计。然后根据DOE试验结果得出硬点灵敏度表,并在优先考虑优先保证悬架的外倾、前束变化和抗俯仰性能的前提下,结合底盘工程师的开发方式,选取了相对独立的硬点作为优化变量,最后通过优化硬点获得了比较满意的K特性。 The handling stability of the MPV model previously developed by a company is optimized. First, the McPherson suspension assembly and steering system model of the competing vehicle is built in ADAMS/Car, and the hard points of suspension are taken as the test variables, and the key parameters of K characteristics are the test responses. The ADAMS/iSight module is used to carry out the DOE test design. Then based on the DOE test results, the sensitivity table of the hard point is obtained. Under the precondition of prioritizing the camber, toe-in change and pitching resistance of the suspension, a relatively independent hard point is selected as the independent engineer's development mode optimization variables. Finally, the more satisfactory K characteristics are obtained by optimizing the hard points.
