两种绿篱机振动噪声特性的分析比较

摘要 针对绿篱机工作时振动噪声过大的问题设计了对比实验,对有无悬置的两种设备的振动噪声分别进行了测试和对比分析。在两绿篱机机体的振动强烈的部位安排测试点,找出其振动信号强烈的部位和方向,对测得的振动信号进行频谱分析,确定了信号的主要成分。通过对比发现,有悬置设备的振动与噪声多处于相对低频段,对人体健康影响较大,而没有悬置的设备振动与噪声处于相对高频段。有悬置设备在怠速工况下,悬置几乎没有起到隔振作用;而在节气门全开工况下悬置几乎均起到了隔振作用。 In view of the problems of big vibration noise in a certain type of hedgerow machine in idle speed and full throttle of engine, a comparative test was designed and carried out. The vibration signals of the two devices with or without suspension were tested and analyzed. Test points were arranged at the parts where the vibration of the two hedgerows was strong, so as to find out the position and direction of strong vibration signal. The frequency spectrum of the measured vibration signal was analyzed, and the main components of the signal were determined. Compare the two devices with and without suspension, it was found that the vibration and noise of that with suspension were mostly in a relatively low frequency range, which had big effect on human health, while that without suspension was in relatively high frequency range. The device with suspension, in idling conditions, the suspension almost did not reduce vibration, however the suspension almost reduced all vibration at fully open throttle.
