摘要
以斜齿轮为研究对象,研究了砂轮磨削加工斜齿轮时,齿轮精度的评价标准以及误差产生的原因。在此基础之上,引入了两种插补修整方案,分别分析了直线插补修整和圆弧插补修整的实现原理。根据相关理论研究,在数控机床上进行了实验加工,并对试件进行了在线测量。在线测量的结果表明,圆弧插补修整优于直线插补修整,可以提高被加工斜齿轮的精度。
In this paper, the evaluation standard of gear precision and the cause of the error are studied when the helical gear is machined by grinding wheel. Based on this, two interpolation trimming schemes are introduced. The basic principles of linear interpolation trimming and arc interpolation are analyzed respectively. According to the research of related theory, experimental processing and online measurement of the specimen is carried out on the CNC machine tool. The measurement results show that circular interpolation repair is better than linear interpolation repair, able to improve the accuracy of helical gear that is machined.
