摘要
某公司催化裂化装置液化气脱硫醇系统氧化再生塔运行过程中发现氧化塔上部液位高、三相分离罐反抽提液位低、脱硫醇尾气带油,抽提剂循环困难,通过将氧化塔切除,对再生碱液抽出口进行蒸汽反吹处理后,操作恢复正常。
During the operation of oxidation regeneration tower of liquefied gas desulfurization system in a company’s catalytic cracking unit,it was found that the upper liquid level of oxidation tower was high,the reverse extraction liquid level of three-phase separator was low,and the tail gas of desulfurization alcohol contained oil. It is difficult to circulate the extractant by removing the oxidation tower. After steam back-blowing treatment on the outlet of regenerated alkali liquor,the operation returned to normal.
