大套管钻冲砂装置及技术

Sand-washing Device and Technology for Large Casing Drilling

摘要 在油水井生产过程中,由于地层出砂或工程填砂而使井筒内堆积大量砂子。为了开采下部油层或挤堵下部层位需将井筒内砂子清出。冲砂作业则是向井内注入修井液,使循环上返的修井液将砂子带出地面的施工。常规的冲砂技术在大套管内实施风险较大,且难以彻底将砂子清出,本文针对这一难题进行了分析,并介绍了经过实践认证的大套管钻冲砂技术。 During the production of oil and water wells,a large amount of sand is accumulated in the wellbore due to sand production or engineering sand filling. In order to exploit the lower reservoir or squeeze out the lower reservoir,the sand in the wellbore should be removed. Sand washing operation is the construction of injecting workover fluid into the well to make the workover fluid circulate up and down to bring sand out of the ground. Conventional sand washing technology has a high risk in large casing,and it is difficult to remove sand thoroughly. This paper analyses this difficult problem and introduces the sand washing technology of large casing drilling which has been certified by practice.
