海洋石油模块钻机井控系统设计

本文以南海某海上石油平台模块钻机为例,设计了一套包括压井泵、节流压井管汇、防喷器、液气分离器等设备的海洋模块钻机井控系统。该系统能有效控制井涌、井喷等突发情况,保证钻井作业的顺利进行。

This paper designs a well control system for offshore modular drilling rig,which includes killing pump,throttle killing manifold,blowout preventer,liquid-gas separator and other equipment. The system can effectively control wellbore,blowout and other emergencies,and ensure the smooth operation of drilling operations.
