摘要
采用水培试验,分析了3种浓度6-BA对妃子笑荔枝叶片光合参数和可溶性糖含量的影响。结果表明,6-BA对妃子笑叶片光合荧光参数Fv/Fm和PIabs有影响,在低浓度水平下(5 mg/L),喷施6-BA可以提高叶绿体光系统II的光合潜能和光合效率;同时,可以较长时间地保持叶片可溶性糖含量在较高水平。
The effects of 3 concentrations of 6-BA on photosynthetic parameters and soluble sugar content of Litchi chinensis leaves were studied by hydroponics experiment.The results showed that 6-BA had an effect on the photosynthetic fluorescence parameters Fv/Fm and PIabs.Spraying 6-BA at low concentration level (5 mg/L) could improve the photosynthetic potential and photosynthetic efficiency of chloroplast photosystem II.At the same time, treatment with 5 mg/L 6BA could maintain the leaves soluble sugar content at a higher level for a long time.
