摘要
[目的]研究辣木叶提取物的抗氧化活性。[方法]对辣木叶乙醇初提物用不同极性的溶剂进行萃取,得到辣木叶石油醚提取物、二氯甲烷提取物、乙酸乙酯提取物,同时对各萃取物的生物活性进行研究。[结果]辣木叶的石油醚、二氯甲烷、乙酸乙酯3个提取层对DPPH自由基均有清除作用,在相等的浓度条件下,抑制率从大到小依次为乙酸乙酯层、二氯甲烷层、石油醚层。虽然抗氧化活性较V_C弱,但浓度达500μg/mL以上时,辣木叶各层提取物均能清除90%左右的DPPH自由基。[结论]该研究为辣木叶中具有抗氧化活性的化合物的进一步分离奠定了基础,并为辣木叶开发成天然抗氧化剂或天然日化产品提供了参考依据。
[Objective]To study the antioxidant activity of extracts from Moringa oleifera leaves.[Method]The ethanol extracts from M. oleifera leaves were extracted with different organic solvents to get petroleum ether, dichloromethane and ethyl acetate extracts.The antioxidant activities of those different polarity extracts were carried out.[Result]The petroleum ether, dichloromethane and ethyl acetate extracts had certain degree of scavenging activities on DPPH radical, in the same concentration, the inhibition rate from big to small was in the order of ethyl acetate extract, dichloromethane extract, petroleum ether extract. Although their antioxidant activities were weaker than V C, their extract can remove about 90% of DPPH radical when the concentration reached more than 500 μg/mL.[Conclusion]This study provided a foundation for the further separation of compounds with antioxidant activity in M. oleifera leaves and provided a reference for the development of M. oleifera leaves into natural antioxidants or natural daily chemicals.
