25份青稞品种对大麦黄矮病毒的抗性鉴定与评价 被引量:2

摘要 [目的]明确不同青稞品种抗大麦黄矮病毒的差异。[方法]于2018年采用田间人工接种法对25份青稞品种进行由大麦黄矮病毒(barley yellow dwarf virus,BYDV)引起的青稞黄矮病的田间抗性鉴定和评价。[结果]在供试25个品种中未监测到免疫(IM)和高抗(HR)材料;仅1份材料康青7号表现抗(R);云枝黑青稞、北青8号、甘青4号、藏青320、昆仑1号、长青裸大麦、黄青2号、藏青148、牡丹青稞、甘青3号、青海黄、北青6号、北青7号、昆仑15号和甘青2号15份材料表现中抗(R);甘青1号、新民元棱、双胚青稞、黄青1号、柴青6号、肚里黄、康青3号和冬青8号8份材料表现感(S);1份品种喜马拉雅6号表现高感(HS),分别占供试材料的4.0%、60.0%、32.0%和4.0%。将25份青稞品种进行聚类分析,结果表明,以最长距离0.65作为最佳分割点,将试验品种分为1个抗病品种、15个中抗品种、8个感病品种和1个高感品种,与抗性类型完全吻合。[结论]获得的这些有效抗病品种,为品种的合理布局及抗病育种提供核心抗源。 [Objective] To confirm the barley yellow dwarf virus-resistance differences among Hordeum vulgare var. nudum varieties.[Method]Using the artificial inoculation method under field conditions in 2018,25 copies resistance were screened and evaluated for resistance to BYDV.[Result]There was no immune material and highly resistant material.Only one Kangqing 7 was resistant.15 materials were moderately resistant, such as Yunlengheiqingke,Beiqing 8,Ganqing 4,Zangqing 320,Kunlun 1,Changqingnuodabai,Huangqing 2,Zangqing 148,Mudanqingke, Ganqing 3, Qinghaihuang, Beiqing 6, Beiqing 7, Kunlun 15 and Ganqing 2.8 materials were susceptible, including Ganqing1,Xinminyuanleng,Shuangpeiqingke,Huangqing1,Chaiqing 6,Dulihuang,Kangqing 3 and Dongqing 8.Ximalaya 6 was highly susceptible.The percentage was 4.0%, 60.0%, 32.0% and 4.0% relative to all tested materials, respectively.The clustering analysis result showed that 25 highland barley varieties were grouped into four groups of 1 resistant, 15 moderately resistant, 8 susceptible and 1 highly susceptible at grouping point 0.65 longest distance for resistance BYDV.The same disease resistance resources were completely consistent with the same types.[Conclusion]The study provides core resource for breeding for disease resistance and varieties of reasonable layout because of obtained these effective resistance varieties.
