一株青刺果内生真菌的分离鉴定及抑菌试验

Isolation, Identification and Antimicrobial Experiments of an Endophytic Fungi from Prinsepia utilis Royle

[目的]分离和研究青刺果内生真菌及其抑菌作用。[方法]以丽江青刺果茎段为供试材料,用平板划线法分离出一株真菌3B-S,对其进行分类鉴定和抑菌检测试验,初步研究3B-S的抗菌作用。[结果]通过形态学观察和抑菌检测,初步确定该真菌属黑孢菌属,并对胶胞炭疽病菌和尖孢镰刀菌古巴专化型有明显的抑菌效果。[结论]该研究为青刺果内生菌开发利用提供参考。

[Objective] The research aimed to isolate the endophytes from Prinsepia utilis Royle and research its antibacterial activity.[Method]Taking stem segment of Prinsepia utilis Royle as material, an endophytic fungi named 3B-S was isolated by the Streak plate method, and its classification and bacteriostasis test were carried out to study the antibacterial effect of 3B-S.[Result]Through morphological observation and bacteriostasis detection,3B-S was identified as species of nigrospora,it had significant inhibitory effect on Colletotrichum gloesporioides and Fusarium oxysporum .[Conclusion] This study provides a reference for the development and utilization for endophytes of Prinsepia utilis Royle.
