实施耕地轮作休耕这一制度既可以产出高质量农产品,保障当代人的生活需求,又能让耕地休养生息,增加肥力,可持续发展。为确保我国粮食安全,耕地轮作休耕势在必行。指出我国农民采用轮作休耕的必要性,提出当前耕地轮作休耕存在的诸多问题,并提出促进我国耕地轮作休耕的对策。

Implementing the system of farmland rotation for fallow can not only produce high-quality agricultural products, guarantee the living needs of contemporary people, but also make the farmland rest, increase fertility and sustainable development.In order to ensure food security in China, cropland rotation for fallow is imperative. We pointed out the necessity of farmers adopting rotation for fallow,many problems existing in cropland rotation for fallow, and put forward some countermeasures to promote cropland rotation for fallow in China.
