“雨课堂”教学模式在食品化学课程教学改革中的应用 被引量:24

摘要 食品化学作为高等学校食品学科教学中重要的专业课程,具有知识点多、记忆与理解难度大等特点,传统教学模式不能满足当代高等教育的教学要求。根据现代大学生的思维特点与课程教学要求,采用"雨课堂"教学模式,从使用流程、应用过程、考核体系改革及教学效果评价等方面对食品化学课程教学改革进行了阐述。实践表明,雨课堂模式下的食品化学课程教学取得了较好的教学效果。 As an important professional course in the teaching of food science in colleges and universities, food chemistry has the characteristics of many knowledge points, great difficulty in memory and understanding, etc.. The traditional teaching model cannot meet the teaching requirements of contemporary higher education.Based on the thinking characteristics and teaching requirements of modern college students, using the teaching model of rain classroom,this paper expounded the teaching reform of food chemistry course from the aspects of usage procedure application process, evaluation system reform and teaching effect evaluation.The practice showed that the food chemistry teaching under the rain classroom model had achieved good teaching results.
