基于现代林业需求的林学专业本科人才培养模式研究

Research on Undergraduate Talent’s Cultivation Model of Forestry Specialty Based on the Modern Forestry Demand

为适应现代林业发展需要,青岛农业大学林学专业在人才培养模式与课程体系、教学内容与方法、学生创新意识与应用能力培养等方面进行了改革与实践。在人才培养模式上,定位学科发展方向为城市林业方向,坚持厚基础原则和城市林业特色优化课程体系。在教学内容上,及时补充介绍现代林业背景下成型的新技术和新方法,并注重结合区域林业实际。在学生创新意识与应用能力培养方面,注重赛教融合,积极组织开展大学生科技创新项目。通过人才培养模式的改革,激发了学生对专业的兴趣,就业率和考研率均大幅度提高。

In order to meet the demand of modern forestry development, a series of reform were conducted in talent cultivating model and curriculum system, teaching contents and methods, students’ innovative consciousness and cultivation of applied ability in forestry specialty of Qingdao Agricultural University. In the talent cultivation model, the forestry major was orientated to urban forestry, and adhered to principles of deepening foundation and optimizing curriculum system of urban forestry.As for teaching contents, new technologies and methods were supplemented timely, which were developed under the background of modern forestry. In addition, the regional forestry practice was integrated into the teaching contents.As for cultivating students’ innovative consciousness and application ability,more attentions were paid to the integration of competition and education, and scientific and technological innovation projects were actively organized. Through the reform of talent cultivation model, the students’ professional interest was aroused, and the employment rate and postgraduate entrance examination rate were greatly increased.
