蒲地蓝联合雾化含漱液治疗小儿急性呼吸道感染临床观察

Clinical observation on the treatment of children acute respiratory infection with Pudilan combined with nebulized sputum

目的观察蒲地蓝联合雾化含漱液治疗小儿急性呼吸道感染的临床疗效。方法收集120例急性呼吸道感染患儿,均收治于2017年8月～2018年7月,采用随机数字表法分为两组,实验组60例在常规治疗基础上采用蒲地蓝联合雾化含漱液(佰润)治疗,对照组60例在常规治疗基础上采用乙酰氨基酚滴剂治疗,观察两组治疗效果及症状消退时间。结果实验组总有效率优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(96.7%vs 80.0%,P <0.05);实验组退热时间(3.52±1.20)d、咽部充血消失时间(3.56±1.02)d、咽痛消失时间(3.62±1.65)d及止咳消失时间(4.24±2.25)d均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论采用蒲地蓝联合雾化含漱液治疗小儿急性呼吸道感染疗效显著,可快速消除各临床症状,促进疾病恢复,副作用少,值得采用。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy on the treatment of children acute respiratory infection with Pudilan combined with nebulized sputum. Methods 120 children with acute respiratory infection treated from August 2017 to July 2018 were enrolled and randomly divided into experimental group and control group,with 60 cases in each group.On the basis of conventional treatment,the experimental group was treated with Pudilan combined with atomized gargle(Bairun),while the control group was treated with acetaminophen drops treatment.The therapeutic effects and symptom resolution time of the two groups were observed. Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was better than that of the control group,which was statistically significant(P < 0.05).In the experimental group,the antipyretic time of(3.52±1.20)days,pharyngeal congestion disappearance time of(3.56±1.02)days,sore throat disappearance time of(3.62±1.65) days and cough disappearance time of(4.24±2.25)days,which were shorter than those in the control group,with statistically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion The efficacy of Pudilan combined with nebulized sputum in the treatment of acute respiratory infection in children is significant,which can quickly eliminate various clinical symptoms and promote disease recovery,and is worthy of adoption.
