透明质酸钠凝胶对人工流产术后宫腔粘连的预防价值探讨

Discussion on the preventive value of sodium hyaluronate gel for intrauterine adhesion after induced abortion

目的探讨人工流产患者行透明质酸钠凝胶治疗预防其术后宫腔粘连的效果。方法选取2016年10月～2017年10月在我院进行人工流产手术患者共200例,以随机数字表法进行划分,其中对照组100例,观察组100例。对照组患者行常规抗生素预防治疗,观察组患者则行透明质酸钠凝胶进行预防治疗。对两组患者术后月经恢复情况、子宫内膜厚度进行比较,同时记录两组患者术后宫腔粘连及其他并发症情况。结果观察组患者阴道出血量、腹部疼痛时间、阴道出血时间以及月经复潮时间均显著短于对照组,子宫内膜厚度显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);观察组患者术后宫腔粘连发生率为5.00%,其他并发症发生率为10.00%,对照组患者术后宫腔粘连发生率为15.00%,其他并发症发生率为22.00%,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论人工流产手术患者行透明质酸钠凝胶治疗对宫腔粘连具有良好的预防效果,还可有效改善患者月经情况,安全性更高,因此值得在临床中进行推广和应用。

Objective To explore the effect of sodium hyaluronate gel in the treatment of artificial abortion to prevent postoperative intrauterine adhesions. Methods 200 patients who underwent abortion surgery in our hospital from October 2016 to October 2017 were selected and randomly divided into two groups by digital table method,100 in the control group and 100 in the observation group.Patients in the control group were treated with routine antibiotic prophylaxis,while patients in the observation group were treated with sodium hyaluronate gel for prevention and treatment.The menstrual recovery and endometrial thickness were compared between the two groups,and the intrauterine adhesions and other complications were recorded. Results The vaginal bleeding volume,abdominal pain time,vaginal bleeding time and menstrual re-tidal time were significantly shorter in the observation group than in the control group.The endometrial thickness was significantly higher than that in the control group.The difference between the groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05).The incidence of postoperative intrauterine adhesions in the observation group was 5.00%,the incidence of other complications was 10.00%,the incidence of postoperative intrauterine adhesions in the control group was 15.00%,and the incidence of other complications was 22.00%.The difference of data between groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion Sodium hyaluronate gel treatment in patients with abortion has a good preventive effect on intrauterine adhesions,and can effectively improve menstrual conditions and safety.Therefore,it is worthy of promotion and application in the clinic.
