神经肌肉电刺激结合穴位贴敷治疗产后尿潴留的临床研究

Clinical study of neuromuscular electrical stimulation combined with acupoint for postpartum urinary retention

目的探讨产后尿潴留患者行神经肌肉电刺激疗法联合中医穴位贴敷治疗的临床效果。方法于2016年3月～2018年4月期间在我院妇产科选取94例产后尿潴留患者作为实验对象,以患者入院时间先后顺序为依据进行分组,包括对照组47例及观察组47例。对照组患者实施神经肌肉电刺激疗法,观察组基于神经肌肉电刺激疗法加行穴位贴敷治疗,对两组患者临床疗效及不良反应进行比较,同时记录并比较两组患者首次排尿时间,以及患者治疗前后膀胱残余尿量。结果观察组患者临床疗效显著高于对照组,不良反应发生率显著低于对照组,首次排尿时间显著少于对照组,数据差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);治疗前两组患者膀胱残余尿量差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05),治疗后观察组患者膀胱残余尿量显著少于对照组,数据差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);且两组患者治疗后膀胱残余尿量相比同组治疗前均显著更少,数据差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论产后尿潴留患者行神经肌肉电刺激疗法联合穴位贴敷治疗效果理想,在临床中具有较高的应用和推广价值。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of neuromuscular electrical stimulation combined with traditional Chinese medicine acupoint in patients with postpartum urinary retention. Methods A total of 94 postpartum urinary retention patients in our hospital from March 2016 to April 2018 were selected and divided into the observation group and the control group according to the time sequence of admission, with 47 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were treated with neuromuscular electrical stimulation, while he observation group was treated neuromuscular electrical stimulation plus acupoint application. The clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of the two groups of patients were compared, and the first urination time of the two groups of patients and the residual urine volume of the bladder before and after treatment were recorded and compared. Results The clinical efficacy of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group. The incidence of adverse reactions was significantly lower than that of the control group. The time of first urination was significantly lower than that of the control group. The difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). There was no significant difference in residual urine volume between the two groups before treatment(P > 0.05). After treatment, the residual urine volume of the patients in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P < 0.05). In addition, the residual urine volume of the bladder in the two groups after treatment was significantly less than that before treatment in the same group, with statistically significant differences(P < 0.05). Conclusion The effect of neuromuscular electrical stimulation combined with acupoint application on the treatment of postpartum urinary retention is ideal, which has high clinical application and promotion value.
