老年综合评估护理计划在提高老年住院患者生活质量及护理满意度中的应用

Application of geriatric comprehensive assessment nursing plan in improving the quality of life and nursing satisfaction of elderly inpatients

目的探讨老年综合评估(CGA)护理计划在提高老年住院患者生活质量及护理满意度中的临床应用效果。方法选取60例2016年1～12月在我院住院治疗的老年患者,将其随机分为对照组和观察组,各30例,给对照组患者给予常规护理,给观察组患者均给予老年综合评估护理计划,采用生活质量量表(WHO-QOL-100)对所有患者干预前后的生活质量进行评分,观察并比较两组患者干预前后的生活质量评分变化情况以及患者对护理的满意度。结果观察组护理质量评分优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);观察组对护理满意度(96.67%)高于对照组(76.67%),差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论在对老年住院患者进行护理时,给予其老年综合评估护理计划进行护理,不但能够有效改善患者的生活质量,还能提高患者对护理的满意度,效果显著,此种护理方式有较高的推广价值。

Objective To explore the comprehensive geriatric assessment(CGA)nursing plan in improving the quality of life and nursing satisfaction of elderly inpatients. Methods Sixty elderly inpatients who admitted to our hospital from January to December 2016 were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with30 cases in each group.The control group received regular nursing care,while the observation group received CGA nursing plan.The quality of life scale(WHO-QOL-100)was used to score the quality of life of all patients before and after intervention.The changes of quality of life score before and after intervention and patients’ satisfaction with nursing were observed and compared. Results The nursing quality score of the observation group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was significant(P < 0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 96.67%,higher than that of the control group(76.67%),and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion During the nursing care of senile inpatients,CGA nursing care plan not only can effectively improve the patient’s quality of life,but also improve the satisfaction of patients to nursing,obvious effect,and the nursing mode has a high promotion value.
