托吡酯联合整体护理对躁狂症患者治疗依从性及疗效的影响

Effect of topiramate combined with holistic nursing on treatment compliance and curative effects in patients with mania

目的分析躁狂症患者采用托吡酯联合整体护理的疗效及对患者治疗依从性的影响。方法选取本院2016年9月～2017年9月收治的74例躁狂症患者进行观察,所有患者均采用托吡酯治疗。采用随机分组法将患者分为常规组、整体组,各37例。常规组给予常规护理,整体组给予整体护理。一月后,比较观察两组患者临床疗效、不良反应及治疗依从性情况。结果整体组患者的总有效率、治疗总依从率均优于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);整体组不良反应发生率明显低于常规组(P <0.05)。结论托吡酯对狂躁症疗效好、起效快,配合整体护理能提高患者的治疗依从性,降少不良反应,优化治疗效果。

Objective To analyze the curative effects of topiramate combined with holistic nursing in treatment of patients with mania and its effect on treatment compliance. Methods 74 patients with mania who were admitted and treated in our hospital from September 2016 to September 2017 were selected and observed. All patients were treated with topiramate. According to random grouping method, patients were divided to the routine group and the holistic group, with 37 cases in each group. The routine group was given routine nursing while the holistic group was given holistic nursing. After one month, the clinical curative effects, adverse reactions and treatment compliance of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate and the total compliance rate in the holistic group were both significantly higher than those of the routine group, with statistical significance(P < 0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the holistic group was significantly lower than that of the routine group(P < 0.05). Conclusion Topiramate has good and quick effects in the treatment of patients with mania. Combined with holistic nursing, it can improve the treatment compliance, reduce adverse reactions and optimize the curative effects.
