人文护理在肿瘤患者康复中的应用效果分析

Analysis on the application effect of humanitarian nursing in the rehabilitation of cancer patients

目的观察分析人文护理在肿瘤患者康复中的应用效果。方法随机选取广东省罗定市人民医院康复医学科2015年1月～2016年12月接收的64例行肿瘤康复护理诊疗的患者为本次研究对象,按照是否给予人文康复护理将所有患者分为对照组(32例:常规康复护理)与实验组(32例:人文康复护理),比较两组患者康复护理效果。结果实验组患者康复护理干预4周后相关营养指标均有优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。实验组中对护理工作持不满意态度者仅1例,较对照组明显要少,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。实验组康复护理干预6个月后SCL-90得分、FACT-G生活质量量表得分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论对于肿瘤患者给予人文康复护理可有效改善个体营养状态,降低患者在康复护理过程中心理应激反应,提高患者生活质量及护理满意度。

Objective To observe and analyze the application effect of humanitarian nursing in the rehabilitation of cancer patients. Methods Sixty-four cancer patients who underwent rehabilitation nursing diagnosis and treatment in the department of rehabilitation medicine in Luoding People’s Hospital of Guangdong province from January2015 to December 2016 were randomly selected as research objects.According to whether humanitarian nursing was given,they were divided into the control group(32 cases:routine rehabilitation nursing)and the experimental group(32 cases:humanitarian rehabilitation nursing).The effects of rehabilitation nursing of patients in two groups were compared. Results After 4 weeks of rehabilitation nursing intervention,the relevant nutritional indexes in the experimental group were all better than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P< 0.05).In the experimental group,only one patient was dissatisfied with the nursing work,which was significantly less than that in the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).After 6 months of rehabilitation nursing intervention,the scores of SCL-90 and FACT-G quality of life scale in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion For cancer patients,humanitarian nursing can effectively improve the individual nutritional status,reduce the psychological stress reaction of patients in the process of rehabilitation nursing and improve the quality of life and nursing satisfaction of patients.
