个体化延续护理对改善尘肺病患者生存质量的效果分析

Analysis on the effect of individualized continuous nursing on improving the quality of life of patients with pneumoconiosis

目的探讨个体化延续护理对改善尘肺病患者生存质量的效果。方法选取2015年1月～2017年12月我院收治的80例尘肺病患者为研究对象,随机分为两组,每组各40例,以常规护理为对照组,以个体化延续护理为观察组,分析个体化延续护理的价值所在,并对比两组的生存质量、满意度。结果观察组护理满意度为97.5%,较对照组的87.5%高,且观察组患者护理后的生存质量优于对照组,护理后的肺功能各指标水平也明显优于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论对尘肺病患实施个体化延续护理措施可以改善患者的生存质量,促进肺功能的恢复,增强满意度,提高护理质量,效果显著,值得推广应用。

Objective To explore the effect of individualized continuous nursing on improving the quality of life of patients with pneumoconiosis. Methods Eighty patients with pneumoconiosis who were admitted and treated in our hospital from January 2015 to December 2017 were selected as research objects.They were randomly divided into two groups,with 40 cases in each group.The patients who received routine nursing were set as the control group while patients who received individualized continuous nursing were set as the observation group.The value of individualized continuous nursing was analyzed.The quality of life and satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Results The satisfaction degree of the observation group was 97.5%,which was higher than that of the control group(87.5%).The quality of life of the observation group was better than that of the control group after nursing.The indexes of pulmonary function after nursing were also significantly better than those of the control group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion The implementation of individualized continuous nursing measures for patients with pneumoconiosis can improve the quality of life of patients,promote the recovery of pulmonary function and improve the satisfaction degree and quality of nursing.It has significant effects,which is worthy of promotion and application.
