改良截石位与俯卧位在经皮肾镜钬激光手术中的护理观察

Nursing interventions on the modified lithotomy position and prone position during the percutaneous nephrolithotomy

目的改良截石位在经皮肾镜钬激光手术中的护理观察。方法采用随机数字表法将我院2017年5月～2018年5月收治的100例经皮肾镜钬激光手术患者分成护理1组与护理2组各50例,护理1组采用改良截石位,护理2组采用俯卧位。探讨实施不同体位护理对医生满意度、患者舒适度及并发症的影响。结果护理1组在手术医生满意度98.00%上显著比护理2组86.00%高,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=4.891,P <0.05),护理1组患者舒适度98.00%显著比护理2组84.00%高(χ~2=5.983,P <0.05),在并发症发生率上护理1组(2.00%)显著比护理2组(18.00%)低(χ~2=7.111,P<0.05)。结论临床在应用改良截石位的经皮肾镜钬激光手术中加强护理配合,有助于术中医师的操作,提升医生满意度,减少并发症发生率,改善患者舒适度,此方法值得应用与推广。

Objective To study the nursing interventions on the modified lithotomy position during the percutaneous nephrolithotomy. Methods 100 patients underwent the percutaneous nephrolithotomy from May 2017 to May2018 in our hospital were randomly divided into group 1 and group 2,with 50 cases in each group.Group 1 took the modified lithotomy position,while group 2 took the prone position.The effect of different nursing positions on doctors’ satisfaction,patients’ comfort and complications were analyzed. Results The doctors’ satisfaction in group1 was 98.00%,significantly higher than group 2(86.00%)(χ~2=4.891,P < 0.05);The comfort level in group 1 was98.00%,significantly higher than group 2(84.00%)(χ^2=5.983,P < 0.05).The incidence rate of complications in group1 was 2.00%,lower than group 2(18.00%)(χ^2=7.111,P < 0.05). Conclusion Strengthening nursing cooperation in the clinical application of modified lithotomy position and prone position during the percutaneous nephrolithotomy is conducive to the operation of intraoperative physicians,helps to improve the satisfaction of doctors,reduce the incidence of complications and improve the comfort level of patients,which is worthy of application and promotion.
