单人操作麦默通微创手术切除乳腺良性肿瘤的应用体会

Clinical experience of single operation of Meridion in the minimally invasive resection of benign Breast tumors

目的分析单人操作麦默通微创手术在乳腺良性肿瘤切除术中的应用效果。方法回顾性分析我院于2015年1月～2016年12月期间收治的乳腺良性肿瘤患者1224例,根据手术方式不同分为观察组与对照组,接受单人操作麦默通微创旋切术患者纳入观察组,共694例;接受常规开放手术患者纳入对照组,共530例,比较两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果观察组患者在术中出血量、手术时间、手术瘢痕长度、创口愈合时间均少于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05);观察组患者总并发症发生率为10.09%,对照组为10.94%,数据差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。观察组复发率为2.30%,对照组为2.07%,两组比较差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。结论对乳腺良性肿瘤患者行单人操作麦默通微创旋切术治疗,操作时间较短,创口小,出血量少,有利于患者实现早期康复,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To analyze the application effect of single-person McMurdo minimally invasive surgery in breast benign tumor resection. Methods 1224 patients with benign breast tumor admitted to our hospital from January 2015 to December 2016 were retrospectively analyzed. They were divided into observation group and control group according to the different operation methods. 694 patients who received single-person Mammotome minimally invasive biopsy were included in the observation group, while patients undergoing routine open surgery were included in the control group of 530 cases, and the clinical therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. Results The amount of bleeding, operation time, operation scar length and wound healing time in the observation group were less than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). The total incidence of complications in the observation group was 10.09 %, while that in the control group was 10.94 %;the recurrence rate was 2.30 % in the observation group and 2.07 % in the control group. There was no significant difference between the two groups(P > 0.05). Conclusion The single-person operation of Mammotome minimally invasive rotary cutting for breast benign tumor patients has the advantages of shorter operation time, smaller wound and less bleeding, which is beneficial to the early recovery of the patients and is worthy of clinical application.
