他汀类降脂对冠心病血液流变学改变、冠心病发病相关性研究

Study on the correlation between Lipid Lowering by statins and hemorheology changes and onset of coronary heart disease

目的探讨他汀类降脂对冠心病血液流变学改变、冠心病发病的影响。方法于2017年1～9月间选取本院收治的200例冠心病患者,所有患者均采用瑞舒伐他汀钙片治疗。回顾其临床资料,并以随诊情况,按是否规律服药将200例患者分为对照组(88例)与观察组(112例)。观察组为规律服药治疗者;对照组为不规律服药治疗者。分析两组血液流变学改变情况、血脂水平、心绞痛发作次数、恶性心血管事件发生率。结果治疗前两组血液流变学改变情况、血脂水平、心绞痛发作次数相比,差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05);治疗后,两组血液流变学改变情况、血脂水平、心绞痛发作次数均明显优于治疗前,且观察组血液流变学改变情况、血脂水平优于对照组、心绞痛发作次数低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);恶性心血管事件发生率相比,观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论在冠心病患者临床治疗中,采用瑞舒伐他汀钙片治疗,其可有效改善血液流变学指标与血脂指标。但如果患者在治疗中不能规律性服用瑞舒伐他汀钙片治疗,使得患者的血液流变学改变情况、血脂水平、心绞痛发作次数均达不到预期效果。故在临床治疗中,患者应严格遵医嘱用药,进一步提高治疗效果。

Objective Toexplore the effect oflipid lowering by statins on hemorheology changes andonset of coronary heart disease. Methods 200 patients withcoronary heart disease who were admitted and treated in our hospital from January 2017 to September 2017 were selected as research objects and they were all given rosuvastatin calcium tablets. Clinical data were reviewed and 200 patients were divided into the control group(88 cases) and the observation group(112 cases) according to the follow-up condition, that was, regular medication. Patients in the observation group were with regular medication and those in the control group were with irregularmedication.Hemorheology changes, blood lipid levels, number of angina attacks, and incidence of malignant cardiovascular events in two groups were analyzed. Results Difference in hemorheology changes, blood lipid levels and number of angina attack in two groups before treatment had no statistical significance(P > 0.05). Hemorheology changes,blood lipid levels and number of angina attacks after treatment in two groups were all better than those before treatment. Hemorheology changes and blood lipid levels in the observation group were better than those in the control group and number of angina attacks was lower than that in the control group. Differences were statistically significant(P < 0.05). The incidence of malignant cardiovascular events of the observation group was lowee than that of the control group and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion In the clinical treatment of patients with coronary heart disease, the use of ruishuvastatin calcium tablets can effectively improve the hemorheology changes index and lipid index. However, if patients cannot regularly take resuvastatin calcium tablets in treatment, their hemorheology changes, blood lipid level and number of angina attacks will not achieve the desired effect. Therefore, in clinical treatment, patients should strictly follow the doctor’s advice to take drugs to further improve the curative effect.
