国际版手部疾病国际功能残疾和健康分类简要核心组合的信效度研究

Reliability and validity of the international version brief ICF core set for hand conditions

目的分析研究国际版手部疾病国际功能残疾和健康分类(ICF)简要核心组合的信度和效度。方法本研究调查了2016年1～12月在广东省工伤康复医院住院治疗的300例手损伤患者。采用国际版手部疾病ICF简要核心组合、DASH上肢功能评定表进行评定。分析国际版手部疾病ICF简要核心组合的重测信度、内部一致性信度、内容效度和效标关联效度。结果 ICF核心组合简要版的重测信度很好(ICC=0.91,P <0.01)。身体结构、身体功能、活动和参与3个领域的ICC为0.82～0.92(P <0.01),重测信度较好;环境领域的ICC为0.6(P <0.01),重测信度中度。内部一致性信度较好(Chronbach’sα系数=0.833,P<0.01)。大部分类目评分与领域总分相关系数大于0.4(P <0.05),内容效度较好。ICF核心组合简要版总分与DASH总分的相关系数为0.512(P <0.01),与DASH各领域得分的相关系数均大于0.4,效标效度较好。结论国际版手部疾病ICF简要核心组合的信效度较好,对手部疾病患者的综合评定可靠有效。

Objective To analyze and study the reliability and validity of international classification of functioning,disability and health(ICF) brief core sets for hand conditions. Methods Three hundred hand injury patients from Guangdong provincial work injury rehabilitation hospital in 2016 were involved in the study.The functional evaluations were assessed by the international version brief ICF core set for hand conditions and DASH.The test-retest reliability,internal consistency reliability,content validity and criteria-related validity of brief ICF core set were analyzed. Results The international version brief ICF core set for hand conditions had excellent retest reliability(ICC=0.91,P < 0.01).The ICC of body structures, body functions, activities and participation factors were from 0.82 to 0.92(all P < 0.01).The retest reliability of environmental factor was moderate(ICC=0.60,P < 0.01).The internal consistency reliability was good(Chronbach’s α coefficient=0.833,P < 0.01).The content validities were good with most of the correlation coefficients of ICF core sets with factors greater than 0.4(P < 0.05).The correlation coefficient between total score of brief ICF core set and DASH was 0.512(P < 0.01),and the coefficients between the factors of brief ICF core set and the domains of DASH were greater than 0.4(all P < 0.05).It showed good criterion validity. Conclusion The international version brief ICF core set for hand conditions had good reliability and validity.It was reliable and valid as a comprehensive measurement for hand injury patients.
