铁路工务线上料环保型铝锌合金材料防腐技术应用研究

Application Research on corrosion Protection Technology of Environmental Protection Al-Zn Alloy material on Railway Works Line

针对铁路工务线上料存在的腐蚀问题,通过分析构件的服役状态、腐蚀特点,采用环保型铝锌合金涂料对工务线上料进行防腐涂装,提高了构件的耐腐蚀性。减少了养护频次,降低了工务养护成本,提高了铁路运输的安全性。

In view of the corrosion problem existing in the charging of railway works line,by analyzing the service status and corrosion characteristics of the components,the environmental protection aluminum-zinc alloy coating was applied to the corrosion protection coating of the public works line,and the corrosion resistance of the components was improved. The frequency of maintenance is reduced,the maintenance cost of public works is reduced,and the safety of railway transportation is improved.
