摘要
随着国家对大气环境认识越来越深刻,对供热锅炉排放要求也就越来越严格。在这样的时代背景下,论文研究对象为燃煤及燃气供热锅炉,主要基于热力学第一、第二定律的火用分析,从有用能损失或对环境而言可利用能量的传递等角度,分析供热锅炉的特性,并得出一系列结论。对不同类型锅炉,包含燃煤热水、燃煤蒸汽、燃气热水及燃气蒸汽锅炉,对锅炉系统进行整体黑箱式建模,利用外部数据进行火用平衡计算,得出过程的火用效率,并对比分析得出结论。
With the more and more profound understanding of the atmospheric environment,the emission requirements of heating boilers become more and more stringent. In this context,the main research object of this paper is coal-fired and gas-fired heating boilers. Based on the analysis of the second law,the characteristics of heating boilers are analyzed from the angle of loss of useful energy or transfer of available energy to the environment,and a series of conclusions are drawn.For various types of boilers,including coal-fired hot water,coal-fired steam,gas-fired hot water and gas-fired steam boilers,the overall black-box model of the boiler system is built,and the balance calculation is carried out by using external data,the efficiency of the process is obtained,and the conclusion is drawn through comparative analysis.
