摘要
数字阵列雷达组件模块的冷板设计是整个散热系统的核心。基于不可压缩计算流体力学方法,采用Fluent软件对某型雷达数字阵列模块的冷板散热过程进行了模拟分析。通过分析冷板内部的温度场、速度场分布,指出了翅片位置速度分布均匀性的重要性;结合流动拓扑特性给出流道设计需要考虑的流体结构,并以此为依据提出更为有效的优化设计方案。
The design of cold-plate for the module in the digital array radar is vital important in the whole cooling system. A simulation of the cooling process based on the incompressible computational fluid mechanics method was carried out, focusing on the optimization design of the cooling channel. The business software of Fluent was used. With the analysis of the temperature and velocity distribution, it is found that the velocity uniformity of the cooling fluid has significant influences on the cooling performance of radiator-fan. The coherent structures and recirculation zones need to be considered for the reasonable design.
