摘要
为分析刀具转速、大豆个数对改进前后立式粉碎机粉碎刀具磨损的影响规律,对立式粉碎机和中黄39大豆进行实体测量,测定其物理特性与力学特性,建立EDEM模型并进行模拟仿真。以1.01~1.20 s时间段内,粉碎刀具受力的均值为评价指标,分析大豆个数、粉碎刀具转速对改进前后粉碎刀具受力的影响。结果显示,随着改进前后粉碎刀具转速的增加,其受力逐渐增大;改进前后刀具受力最大出现在大豆数目为500~700粒时;在相同转速、相同大豆数目的情况下,改进后刀具受力大于改进前。
In order to analyze the effect of cutter speed and soybean number on tool wear of vertical crusher before and after improvement, the physical and mechanical properties of vertical crusher and Zhonghuang 39 soybean were measured, and EDEM model was established and simulated. The effect of soybean number and cutter speed on the force of grinding cutter before and after the improvement was analyzed with the mean force of grinding cutter in the period of 1.01 ~ 1.20 s as the evaluation index. The results show that the force increases with the increase of cutter speed. The maximum force of the cutter before and after the improvement was when the soybean number was 500 ~ 700 grains. Under the condition of the same rotating speed and the same number of soybeans, the force of the improved cutter is greater than that before the improvement.
