降低2型糖尿病患者低血糖发生率的护理模式研究

Research on nursing mode of reducing incidence of hypoglycemia in patients with type 2 diabetes

目的研究分析降低2型糖尿病患者低血糖发生率的护理模式。方法选取2016年10月～2018年1月在我院就诊的140例2型糖尿病患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,各70例。两组均行常规口服降糖药、注射胰岛素对症治疗。对照组予以常规护理干预,观察组在对照组的基础上实施个性化干预和预见性护理干预。比较入组患者护理前发生低血糖的时间段,两组患者干预前、后血糖水平、护理满意度及并发症发生率情况。结果在护理干预前有22例患者出现不同程度的低血糖,低血糖发生率为15.71%,其中睡前发生低血糖几率最高为8.57%,平均血糖水平最低为(2.52±0.17)mmol/L。两组患者空腹血糖水平在干预后下降明显,但较于对照组,观察组的下降幅度更大(P <0.05);观察组护理满意度为100%,并发症发生率为1.43%,对照组分别为87.13%、14.29%,差异均具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论对于2型糖尿病患者,睡前是低血糖高发时间段,采取个性化护理干预与预见性护理干预相结合的护理模式,可有效降低并平稳患者血糖水平,降低低血糖等并发症的发生,提高患者对护理的满意度,效果理想。

Objective To study and analyze the nursing mode of reducing the incidence of hypoglycemia in patients with type 2 diabetes. Methods A total of 140 patients with type 2 diabetes who admitted to our hospital from October 2016 to January 2018 were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to the random number method,with 70 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with conventional oral hypoglycemic agents and insulin injections.The control group was given regular nursing intervention,and the observation group was given individualized intervention and predictive nursing based on the control group.The time period of hypoglycemia before and after intervention,nursing satisfaction and complication rate were compared between the two groups. Results Before the nursing intervention,22 patients showed varying degrees of hypoglycemia,and the incidence of hypoglycemia was 15.71%.Among them,the highest incidence of hypoglycemia was 8.57% before going to bed,and the lowest average blood glucose level was (2.52±0.17) mmol/L.The blood glucose level of the two groups decreased significantly after intervention,but the observation group decreased more significantly than the control group (P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction in the observation group was 100%,complication rate was 1.43%,and the control group was 87.13% and 14.29%,respectively,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion For patients with type 2 diabetes,hypoglycemia is high at bedtime.The nursing mode of combining personalized nursing intervention with predictive nursing intervention can effectively reduce and stabilize the blood glucose level of patients,reduce the occurrence of hypoglycemia and other complications,improve the satisfaction of patients with nursing,and the effect is ideal.
