This paper aims at the construction of the top-quality online open course of Mathematical Analysis. The objectives, ideas and teaching design, teaching contents and resources, teaching activities and learning evaluation of the course are studied. Finally, on the basis of summarizing the teaching effect and influence of the implementation, this paper puts forward some ideas and assumptions for improving the course construction.
