摘要
【目的】明确H3N2型SwIV对仔猪组织脏器引起的损伤变化及其在组织中的载毒情况。【方法】试验采用H3N2型SwIV接种鸡胚扩增病毒,Reed-Muench法检测病毒EID_(50),滴鼻感染H1N1和H3N2抗体为阴性的仔猪,5 d后剖解观察仔猪临床病理变化,RT-PCR检测病毒在主要组织脏器中的载毒情况。【结果】感染H3N2型SwIV仔猪在5 d内未出现典型的临床症状,但是其肺脏组织有明显淤血和损伤坏死,肺泡壁增厚,肺泡内有纤维性渗出物和炎症细胞的聚集。组织中载毒检测结果显示主要载毒于肺脏组织中。【结论】感染H3N2型SwIV仔猪不一定出现典型临床症状,但其组织受到严重损伤,且主要载毒于肺脏组织。
【Objective】 The present paper aimed to identify the tissue viscera damage and its toxicity in Rongchang piglet infected H3 N2 swine influenza virus.【Method】The chicken embryos were inoculated H3 N2 swine influenza virus for amplifying virus, detecting EID50 by reed-muench method and H1 N1 and H3 N2 antibody negative piglets inoculated H3 N2 swine influenza virus by drip nose. After 5 days, the clinicopathological changes of piglets by caesarean section were observed and the virus’ s toxicity in the main tissue organs was detected with RT-PCR.【Result】The piglets did not show typical clinical infection symptoms within 5 days with H3 N2 swine influenza virus, but their lungs appeared obvious congestion and necrosis, alveolar wall increased, and the fibrotic exudation and inflammatory cells were aggregated. The result indicated that the main virus carryed tissue was lung.【Conclusion】The piglets infected H3 N2 swine influenza virus did not necessarily appear typical clinical symptoms, but their tissues were severely damaged, the lung was virus carried tissue.
