摘要
本研究对晋东南10个县区的养猪场进行取样,通过细菌分离、培养和鉴定后,发现大肠杆菌有12种血清型,其中主要血清型为O_(138)(8/42)、O_2(6/42)、O_(107)(5/42)和O_(152)(5/42)。药敏试验结果显示,大肠杆菌高敏感性的药物有头孢吡肟(高敏率89.47%)、阿米卡星(高敏率81.58%)、呋喃唑酮和氧氟沙星;中度敏感药物有庆大霉素和氟苯尼考;低敏感药物有利福平(耐药率81.58%)、阿莫西林(耐药率71.05%)和大观霉素等。本研究结果为晋东南地区猪大肠杆菌病的有效防控提供了理论基础。
The investigation into serotypes and drug susceptibility of E. cotf of piglet origin was carried out on farms in 10 counties and districts in Changzhi and Jincheng cities, Shanxi province. T h eS coli isolates obtained were determined to be 12 serotypes and the dominant serotypes were 0 13g (8/42), 0 2 (6/42), O107 (5/42) and O152 (5/42). The drug testing revealed that these E. coli isolates were highly sensitive to cefepime, amikacin, furazolidone and ofloxacin, sensitive to gentamicin and florfenicol, and varying resistance to rifampicin , amoxicillin and spectinomycin.
