近年来,部分地区的传统民歌日渐出现发展颓势或销声匿迹的危险,做好传统民歌的传承与发展,人才是关键。以冀东民歌为研究对象,阐述了新时代冀东民歌人才的培养体系和方法,确保冀东民歌在发展过程中最大程度地发挥其宝贵的价值和独特的魅力。

Folk song,precious cultural heritage of China,is in an unhealthy situation under the impact of pop culture in recent years.Some of them are in the danger of disappearance from public scene.This dangerous signal has reminded us that talent is the key in inheritance and development of folk songs.Based on this background,taking Eastern Hebei folk songs as research object,the training system and method of folk song talents in the New era are analyzed,hoping to ensure that the folk songs of Eastern Hebei play their precious value and unique charm to the greatest extent in the process of development.
