基于NS2的网络队列管理机制的研究与仿真

Research and simulation of network queue management mechanism based on the NS2

目前网络中普遍存在两种队列管理机制,分别为DropTail被动队列管理机制和RED主动队列管理机制。为验证DropTail和RED队列管理机制,使用典型的NS2网络模拟软件进行仿真模拟,通过分析仿真数据,得出RED队列管理机制性能总体上优于DropTail的结论。

At present,there are two kinds of queue management mechanisms in the network,namely DropTail passive queue management mechanism and RED active queue management mechanism.This paper uses NS2 network simulation software to simulate DropTail and RED queue management mechanism.Through data analysis,the performance of RED queue management mechanism is better than that of DropTail.
