中国海事陆基TD-LTE无线基站建设方案研究

摘要 中国海事陆基专网覆盖工程选择TD-LTE作为网络的技术体制。针对海网TD-LTE专网覆盖项目,主要是提出适用于海面的无线传播模型,在链路预算的基础上,通过对近海TD-LTE专网覆盖的覆盖目标、容量目标等一系列基站建设指标要求进行分析,提出具体的近海TD-LTE专网覆盖的无线基站建设方案,包括基站选址、主设备选型、天线选型以及基站配套等,沿海岸线建设TD-LTE无线基站,为海岸线100 km以内的作业船舶提供宽带链路。 China's maritime land-based private network coverage has chosen TD-LTE as the technical system of the network.This paper is aimed at the sea network TD-LTE private network coverage project,mainly proposed a wireless communication model suitable for the sea surface.On the basis of the link budget,through the analysis of a series of base station construction index requirements covering the coverage target and capacity target covered by the offshore TD-LTE private network,the specific wireless base station construction plan covered by the offshore TD-LTE private network is proposed,including Base station location selection,main equipment selection,antenna selection,and base station support,etc.TD-LTE wireless base stations are built along the coastline to provide broadband links for working ships within 100 km of the coastline.
