新型高压油气井内防喷装置的设计

摘要 为快速安全地控制井喷失控事故,避免发生二次井喷,降低抢险救援过程中的安全风险,通过仿真试验设计一种操作安全、费用低的新型内防喷装置。采用变径挤压半封式闸板,将挤压与半封融为一体,同时实现管内、管外良好阻喷,配合组合胶芯作为密封基体实现可控柔性密封。关键部件挤压密封头的设计,能够使管柱受力更均匀,抵抗强度失效的能力得到提升,使挤压阻喷过程油管在内外高压下不出现裂纹,不发生泄露,并通过准静态压缩试验进行验证。与同类装置相比:事后不需打捞,耗资少;避免二次井喷,安全风险较低。 In order to control blowout out of control accident quickly and safely,avoid secondary blowout and reduce the safety risk in rescue and rescue process,a new type of internal blowout prevention device with safe operation and low cost was designed through simulation test.The multi-directional variable diameter extrusion sealing gate is used to integrate extrusion and semi-sealing.At the same time,good blocking spraying inside and outside the tube is realized,and the flexible seal is realized by using the combined rubber core as the sealing matrix.The design of the extrusion sealing head,which is the key component,can make the stress of the pipe string more uniform and enhance the ability of resisting strength failure,so that no cracks and leaks occur in the tubing during the extrusion blocking injection process under internal and external high pressures.It is verified by quasi-static compression test.Compared with similar devices,it is not necessary to salvage afterwards,and it costs less,and avoids secondary blowout,so the safety risk is lower.
