基于NX的塑料网砖注塑模具设计与研究

介绍应用NX软件对塑料网砖进行产品造型,并对塑件进行工艺性分析,然后应用Moldflow软件对塑件进行模流仿真分析。以分析结果为依据,结合NX软件中的Mould Wizard模具模块设计给出合理的浇注系统、主要成型零件以及标准模架的整个过程。

Take the plastic net bricks as an example,the paper makes a detailed introduction about application of NX software to model product and analyze manufacturability,then emulating to analyze model on the base of Moldflow software,according to the analysis results,reasonable gating system,the main moulding parts and the whole process of standard formwork are designed by Mould Wizard mold module of NX software.
